The goal is to provide consumers with the retail experience they deserve -- a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience -- from the time they first inquire about Hunter Douglas products until the time their window fashions are delivered and installed.
In this ongoing alliance that focuses on the customer, Hunter Douglas is raising the industry standard for window fashions retailing -- building and supporting a select group of retailers who have what it takes to successfully manage the customer's experience and, in so doing, be successful in the new millennium.
The Hunter Douglas Gallery program is not for all dealers. The program is designed for full-service, financially stable, independently-owned retail stores -- dealers who provide their customers with a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience and are dedicated to promoting the Hunter Douglas brand. Hunter Douglas fabricators nominate their retailers who go through a rigorous screening process before they are accepted as Hunter Douglas Gallery dealers.
